If the name of any co-author of your paper is not correctly displayed in this online program, please do inform us his/her valid email of this co-author. Names of co-authors without valid emails will not be displayed on the PIERS online program.
About Best Student Paper Award
The Award Committee members of PIERS 2025 in Abu Dhabi have completed selection of all BSPA finalists now. All selected BSPA papers have been moved into the sessions of "Oral Presentations for Best Student Paper Awards". If you have applied for the BSPA competition, please do check this linkage by 25 March. If you find your talk in one of these BSPA sessions, Congratulations!!!
About Best Student Poster Award
On May 5, Monday afternoon, besides a poster on the Poster Area, Every BSPPA applicant in this session is requried to give a short summary presentation in ppt (2min 30sec countdown timer will be set for each presenter), and no time for questions will be provided. The Awards Committee will interact with these students with questions in the poster area after their presentations. Winners of the BSPPA will be selected by the Awards Committee after this Poster Session.

Banquet/Reception Reservation
Symposium Reception: Sunday evening, 4 May, 2025
On Sunday evening, 4 May, 2025, all conference participants are invited to a welcome reception at the conference venue - ADNEC. The tickets are free and handed out on a first-come-first-served basis. Please make reservation in advance for the reception by 15 April, 2025.
Symposium Banquet: Wednesday evening, 7 May, 2025
The Symposium Banquet will be on Wednesday, May 7 from 20:00 to 23:00. The banquet venue is TBD and that transportation from ADNEC to the banquet and back will be provided. A limited number of banquet tickets will be available. For all participants, the price will be USD 80 per person after April 1, 2025. Please make reservation and pay in advance for the banquet by April 1, 2025.
PIERS NO-SHOW Policy
Please be reminded that if your paper is a no-show, its full-length paper will not be included in the final PIERS Proceedings.
To avoid NO SHOW, we highly appreciate that you can inform us in advance if you are not able to fulfill your onsite presentation due to unpredictable circumstances before the program is finalized by 1 April. You are encouraged to find a colleague who can onsite present the paper for you.
